Our Healthy Waist Band runs small, and the size recommended will be bigger than your t-shirt size (i.e., A Size Large T-shirt will be a 2XL or 3XL Healthy Waist Band). Measure the inches of your waist for an accurate fit.
The Healthy Waist Band is designed to feel comfortable while doing any physical activity. The recommended size is true to size. If you want a tight "snatch" fit, choose one size down from the recommended size.
